Aud's Bakes began in August 2017 with an "ice cream" cake. Over the years, I have loved the opportunity to explore this passion and be involved in so many special events.
​
I operate as a home-based vendor under the Indiana Cottage Food Law, which allows me to sell out of my home to customers within the state. While I don't know if a brick and mortar bakery is in Aud's Bakes future, I am hoping to one day own a certified kitchen - maybe one on wheels (Aud's Bakes gone mobile??)
